Ordering /Shipping
Shipping charges for long guns start at 35.00 and handguns start at 30.00. Extra charges may apply on different items depending on value. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery once shipped. We accept certified funds, cashier’s checks, money orders, or personal checks (with a 10-business day hold on personal checks, business checks or any other form of payment other than certified funds). If your check clears before the 10 business days, you must send copy of the front and back of cleared check to get faster shipping. Copy may be e-mailed. Full payment of the purchase price is required before shipping. We also accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover credit cards. 3% will be added to total price of the item (including shipping) if using a credit card.
There will be 6% sales tax added to all KY sales.
Return Policy
We offer a 3 day no fire/no disassembly return policy (minus shipping charges) on all used items. In the event the item’s condition does not meet the buyer’s expectations, notification must occur within the 3-day period of the item reaching your FFL dealer. Returned items must be shipped back within the 3-day period. All returned items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped from us. Any return that is considered buyer’s remorse and is returned without evidence of misrepresentation will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. All canceled orders will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Payments not received within 10 day will be considered a canceled order. (CALIFORNIA BUYERS) – Guns bought that are not on the CA DOJ ship list or that are not C&R eligible will be considered a canceled order as well. Any item returned due to not being legal in your state or county, or you are denied by background check is subject to 20% re-stocking fee. Credit card fees are non-refundable as they are paid to the credit card company not to us. All refunds will be in the form of a check from us. All trade and layaway sales are final.
Terms
All firearms are sold “as is” with no warranty either expressed or implied. All guns are sold as antiques or collectors’ items and are not guaranteed as safe or intended for actual use unless inspected by a competent gun smith. Purchasers assume all liability for any firearms or merchandise purchased from Fugate Firearms. All modern firearms purchased will require shipping to a licensed FFL dealer. A signed copy of the Federal Firearms license (FFL) must be on file before the firearm can be shipped.
Consignments
Please contact us for consignment sales. We will be glad to consign your single firearm or entire collection. A consignment charge will be applied to all guns upon determining a fair price.
Layaway
We offer FREE 60-day layaway. Buyer must pay at least 1/3 down and the remaining balance in 60 days. On all uncompleted layaways, all payments made will be non-refundable. The 60 days begins the day the buyer commits to buying the gun. 90 day layaway is available with 1/2 down. All layaway sales are final.
